In the Parallels RT webinterface you can view and update your existing tickets and submit new tickets. To get access you need to enter the email-address that was used for one of your existing tickets. If you did not submit any ticket before, you need to do this through our website http://www.parallels.com/support/.
After you clicked on "Submit", RT will send you an email with activation link. If you do not receive any email within 30 minutes, try again or contact our support.
